Our Company Policy’s

1. Service Eligibility (Age Requirement)

After Dark Cleaning Service provides services exclusively to clients 18 years of age or older. By requesting or booking services, the client confirms that they meet this requirement. Services will not be provided to minors under any circumstances. Should we arrive and a minor be present on site, cleaning will not commence, and the deposit for the cleaning will not be returned.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

We offer flexible daytime, evening, and overnight cleaning services by appointment only. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client and may be limited based on availability.

To secure a booking, a deposit is required (see Payment & Deposit Policy below). Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Access to the Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This may include:

  • Being present at the start of service

  • Providing entry instructions in advance

  • Ensuring pets are secured

After Dark Cleaning Service is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to lack of access.

4. Scope of Services

Services are performed according to the selected service tier and agreed-upon scope at the time of booking. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time and additional charges, which must be approved by the client before service.

5. Payment & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit the required deposit will result in the appointment not being scheduled or confirmed.

After Dark Cleaning Service reserves the right to require full payment in advance for certain services, large projects, or repeat cancellations.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with proper notice may transfer the deposit to a future booking at our discretion.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as time and staffing have been reserved specifically for the appointment.

7. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

If you have a concern regarding service quality, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue promptly and appropriately.

8. Privacy & Discretion

Client information, service details, and property locations are handled with discretion and confidentiality. We do not share client information without consent.

9. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

After Dark Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, policy violations, or inability to meet service requirements.

By booking services with After Dark Cleaning Service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies, including the 50% non-refundable deposit requirement.
